A one-person studio has to explain five services to busy founders without sounding like an agency deck, and show real work instead of promises.

Custom stores, Shopify stores, ads, WhatsApp commerce and reports, each priced as a fixed quote.

Show the built sites
Black Soil, Eleven Stays, Vibe With Yoga and ShopatLLMs are the proof, with real screenshots.

Reports by an AI agent, with a human yes
Hermes checks the store and ads and reports on WhatsApp; anything that spends money or messages a customer waits for approval.
