(01)The problem
D2C brands lose money in the gaps between their store, payment gateway and courier: unpaid COD, short settlements, overcharged fees and RTOs nobody followed up. Finding them by hand means days of spreadsheets.
(02)Approach · key decisions
01
Drop three files
Shopify orders, gateway settlements and courier COD remittance. Or try it on sample data with no signup.
02
Eleven checks
Missing payments, amount mismatches, fee overcharges (rate plus 18% GST), COD pending, short or missing, RTO, prepaid RTO, refunds and orphan payouts.
03
Nothing is uploaded
The whole engine runs in the browser, so financial data never leaves the brand's computer.
(03)What's inside
The build.
- KPI strip: money at risk, COD pending, fees overcharged, % matched
- Breaks / attention / resolved sidebar, searchable table and an order drawer
- CSV export of every break
- Offline Chrome extension version in the side panel

What I learned
Reconciliation sells on privacy as much as accuracy: 'nothing is uploaded' answers the first objection before it's asked.
